Pet Policy

Cats accepted with a $250.00 non-refundable one time fee plus $25.00 additional per month per pet.

Dogs accepted with a $500.00 non-refundable one time fee plus $25.00 additional per month per pet. Breed and 20 lb.weight restrictions.

Limit two pets per apartment.
